We get it. Sometimes you want to sit down on the couch and unwind in front of your TV. That doesn't mean you have to give up physical activity.
Here are a few simple ways to keep you moving during your favorite TV show and on commercial breaks. #TryThisAtHome
1. Couch Dance Party: Commercials are set to some funky music. Feel the groove and let the music move you. Release some stress and unleash a wave of giggles. Continue for the entire commercial break.
2. Couch Squat: Keep your eyes on the screen while you fit in a few quick squats. Stand with feet together. Bend your knees so your thighs are almost parallel to the ground. Hold for 15 seconds and release. Repeat for 4-6 reps.
3. Tricep Dip: Sit on the floor and place hands on the edge of the couch. Straighten your arms and then bend to reach a 90-degree angle, hold and re-straighten. Complete 8-10 reps.
